Nail pops A condition where nails cause bulges in dry wall when they back out of the studs.

Neon bulb tester A testing device used to test 2- slot and 3-slot outlets for polarity and
  grounding.

Neutral busbar A conductor bar that provides connections for the neutral service
  conductor, neutral, circuit ground wires, and the grounding conductor.

  each other out) that provides a return path for electricity in a circuit.

Nosing The extension of the tread over a riser on a staircase.
